Ackworth Guitar Setups is Yorkshire’s busiest Top-Tier Guitar repair shop.
We are trained, experienced guitar tech’s based in West Yorkshire. We have built our reputation on quality guitar repairs and fair prices. We started our first guitar repair shop in the Ackworth,Pontefract in 2012. We moved to our main workshop in Scissett, Huddersfield in 2020.
We offer guitar repairs, setups, fret levelling, rewiring, headstock repairs, neck resets and finish repairs. We love working on vintage instruments (especially pre-war Gibson’s, Kalamazoo’s and Martin’s). We are experts in working with Fender, Gibson, Gretsch and Rickenbacker guitars. We work on electric and acoustic guitars (including bass guitars). We also offer amplifier servicing and repairs.
We cover most of the Yorkshire area with our customers coming from Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Keighley, Barnsley, Selby and York. We also have customers coming from Hull, Harrogate and Nottingham! We are based 10 minutes from Junctions 38 and 39 of the M1.
