Marks love of classical music led to a fascination with traditional music played on the fiddle and mandolin among others. Mark has always aspired to own high quality instruments and used his joinery skills as a base to develop his luthier skills. He studied in Manchester on a 2 year Musical Instrument Technology course.
Mark’s focus is on making mandolins and fiddles for folk musicians. He is based near Dun in the Scottish Borders.
